Kart It - Terms and Conditions
What does the 30 day Guarantee Cover?
The guarantee covers any reason why you wish to return your Kart. You need only return it to the warehouse address on our website at your own expense and we will refund you the purchase price less the postage and handling fee.
What does the Warranty Cover?
All Karts are covered with a 12 month Return to Base warranty that covers all items except for damaged caused by exceeding the designed payload limit of the Kart and using it for a non designated use.
What is your returns policy?
We will exchange or refund at any time, provided the goods are in *original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. We are unable to refund freight/shipping charges (except in circumstances where the goods are faulty, has been mis-described or does not match the sample shown).

How long will my order take to arrive?
Each product will take up to 15 days to arrive. For more information about when your order will arrive at your door ("Delivers By") please refer to the confirmation emails that you will receive from us. All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don't occur on holidays and weekends.
Please note that orders within Australia are sent via Australian Post. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.
International orders are sent by standard Post unless otherwise requested. Additional charges may apply.
Can I cancel or update my order?
If necessary, you may cancel all or part of your order, provided you contact us before you receive the email notification that your order has been dispatched. If you would like to cancel or update your order please tell us via the Contact Us section.
How can I pay for my online order?
You can pay by credit card or PayPal.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to rectify prices quoted in the invoice, if found to be incorrect. The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the customer. The goods remain the property of Kart It Pty Ltd until full payment is received.

During the checkout process simply choose to pay with a credit card, you will be requested to enter your card details. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be sent to you, and we automatically delete your credit card details when your order is complete, so we hold your details for the shortest possible time.
